Hubby and I had a quick dinner here after a long day's drive. (We needed our bed.) Service was friendly and efficient. We were greeted very warmly by a male staffer/owner (?). Hubby drank horchata, the Mexican rice and milk drink, while I had sparkling water. We both ate enchiladas - beef for him, chicken for me. Both came out promptly. Our meals were very filling and tasty. Lots of refried beans, and flavoursome rice. And plenty of meat in the fillings. A friendly and interesting atmosphere surrounds you. We enjoyed our meals! A great place in summer I bet, as it overlooks the river/water, and has outdoor seating.

Fabulous Mexican food , serving size is generous and the frozen margarita was delicious.Atmosphere was lovely and the staff friendly and accommodating. Definitely put it on your list when in Forster

Wednesday was a quiet night but the staff are superb and very friendly making it a nice evening and lovely meal. Great rustic meal full of flavour and good size portions. Don't forget to ask for some hot sauces. My wife said the Margi's were fabulous!

Great location, service, food, cocktails and the friendliest of staff. Food is top notch, with a wide variety that is well proportioned and does not leave you wanting! You will be back for more!!!

I found this an appealing restaurant for its layout and beautiful and colourful artwork. The outdoor seating is great and comfortable, with views across the estuary. The restaurant offered a decent dining experience with good food but. Good value for money. The flavors were enjoyable, to me the tastiest dish was the beef quesadillas, but they didn't particularly stand out compared to other Mexican restaurants I've tried. The cocktail was delicious and the staff was friendly and helpful at all times.

We absolutely loved the place. Decoration is amazing, food is fantastic, price is ok for the quality, sunset is a show, everything is 5 stars. We were really surprised to see it half empty at 8pm on a Saturday night as it was the best restaurant in ages. Can’t wait to go again!

Awesome modern Mexican! We were very impressed with the food – prawn quesadilla, ceviche and fresh guac in particular were delicious. The margarita and espresso martini also excellent and they have Jarritos! An authentic Mexican soft drink. I didn't see it before the renovations but the place looks great. Really nice ambience and helpful staff. We'll be back for sure.

We were surprised that this restaurant was fully booked on a quiet Friday evening in Forster. Note to self to make booking next time. The waitress managed to find us a table for 4 of us to squeeze into and promptly served us complimentary nachos. We got our drinks order in first and the watermelon margarita was fantastic. We shared some jalapeno poppers and there was some spice kick to that. The main dishes were very large as we had enchiladas, beef fajitas, fish tacos and chicken quesadillas. Overall the food was very good and we thoroughly enjoyed our dinner. Great to have live music as well.
